Listen y'all β this is a good shop. It's a very small, tight garage, with a bunch of cars. Vitale know's what he's doing... Imagine having three employees, 500sqf of shop, and dozens of cars. I had a very good experience at A-One, and I think you can do, here's my recommendation: β Understand that this is a small shop. β Understand that it's one main guy, and a couple other people helping out. β Understand that this shop is going to charge you for their time (as they should?) β Understand that they're going through some healthy growing pains, and the process is getting better (from my brief talks with the owner). I genuinely had no problem with this shop, and felt that Vitale really put up with me. If you want to save money, of course, do it yourself β which enables you to learn along the way.

They were able to squeeze me in same day for a pre purchase inspection and caught a bunch of rust in the car I was looking at buying. Saved me from making a huge mistake and wasting thousands of dollars, so Iβm very thankful.

Vitalae returned my Fiat with 3 ERRER codes.I called him asap ,but was disapointed when he insisted they were ON when I dropped off the car. Being blatantly untrue I was speechless ! He offered to fix them if it wasn't his fault, well he already accused me of fabricating the situation. Is this ethical ? Next I okayed him, dropping the engine to fix the clutch. I okayed the extra expenses,, but in the end he followed the manual instead of his imagination, he did not have to drop the engine immature move, not in the dealership repair manual but still charged me $700 extra. I I gave the Vitalea the Parts he was to install before he started or gave me a quote. He agreed yet in the end he only installed half the hydraulic line dismantled the brand new Mopar part and left the old war part ready to expire due to its age in place. Is this is quality workmanship,?, or did he leave a worn out old Parton place? That'll have to be replaced soon . the mechanic failed to replace a worn out bushing that holds the transmission sounds to me like they just set me up for another failure. It's a very cheap part but gave me the car back without fixing it. Vitalea parked my car down the street and ar

Terrible communication. Brought my car in for an alignment mid-day, I was told it would be done by 5:30. I show up then to pick it up and my car isn't even there. He tells me it will be ready by 6:30 and that he had to bring it to another shop because his machine wasn't functioning. Then calls me shortly after to tell me that shop closed and I wouldn't get my car until the next day. Next morning I get my car back and the alignment wasn't even done. Complete waste of time, I would not recommend this shop.

Visiting Vermont for the weekend, and our check engine light came on during our drive to Stowe on our way back. AOne was closing time but we wanted to see if we could drive back to maryland with the light or not. We called even though we were closing and Tyler and mechanic there came out while it was snowing heavily to help us. No charge. Just helping somebody out. Told us everything we need to know about what needs to be done, and said we were fine then cleared the light from the dash. 5 Star, Thanks Tyler
